Why is my age wrong in the calendar?

When your birthday appears in the calendar, it says what age you are at the bottom. This age is as of today so no matter what year you look at your birthday on it will say the same age. Thus, someones birthday listing does not tell you what age they will be but what age they are currently. I am sorry if this causes any confusion.
